In a press statement, the organizers disclosed that the finals will take place at the Vwang Central Football Field, located after Vom Christian Hospital. The finals, which will be held under the Chairmanship of Hon. Chief Ephraim Usman, Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs, Plateau State, will also serve as a talent-hunt platform. Over the years, the tournament has produced outstanding players who are currently featuring in reputable football teams within and outside Nigeria.
The Organizing Committee therefore invites illustrious sons and daughters of Vwang District, critical stakeholders in Jos South Local Government Area, football enthusiasts, and the general public across Plateau State to grace this historic event, which promises to be highly entertaining, competitive, and inspiring.
The organizers deeply appreciate the fatherly support and encouragement of the traditional institution under the leadership of His Royal Highness, the Gwom Rwey Vwang, Da Gyang Balak. Special gratitude is also extended to the Plateau State Football Association (PFA), stakeholders of Vwang District, the Ministry of Youth and Sports, and the general public for their unwavering commitment to peace, unity, youth development, and communal harmony.
