ONE•GOAL•NIGERIA APPOINTS HON. CHIKELUE ILOENYOSI AS SOUTH EAST ZONAL COORDINATOR FOR THE MAIDEN EDITION OF THE NATIONAL RENEWED HOPE UNITY CUP
As part of ongoing preparations for the successful staging of the Maiden Edition of the National Renewed Hope Unity Cup, the National Coordinator of ONE•GOAL•NIGERIA, Hon. (Dr.) Prince Suleiman Yahaya Kwande, has approved the appointment of Hon. Chikelue Iloenyosi as the South East Zonal Coordinator of the tournament.
Also appointed is Mr. Nwosu Hyginus Chukwueloka, who will serve as the Assistant South East Zonal Coordinator.
The appointments take immediate effect.
Hon. Chikelue Iloenyosi is a distinguished former Nigerian international footballer, accomplished football administrator, and respected stakeholder whose wealth of experience in football development and administration will be instrumental in driving the objectives of the tournament across the South East geopolitical zone.
His appointment reflects ONE•GOAL•NIGERIA’s commitment to assembling competent, experienced, and visionary football administrators who possess the capacity to deliver a competition of national significance.
The National Renewed Hope Unity Cup is a landmark grassroots football initiative that will feature teams from all 774 Local Government Areas of Nigeria, making it the largest grassroots football competition ever conceived in the country’s history. Beyond football, the tournament is designed to promote national unity, discover and develop hidden talents, empower young people, strengthen grassroots football structures, and foster peaceful coexistence among Nigerians.
Welcoming the new appointments, Hon. (Dr.) Prince Suleiman Yahaya Kwande expressed confidence in the ability of the South East leadership to provide effective coordination and ensure the successful implementation of the tournament’s vision within the zone.
