2026 Jos South Chairman’s Cup Final: It’s An “A” Final As Du A Football Team Battles It Out With Gyel A Football Team For The Ultimate Prize Today
All roads lead to the Bukuru Mini Stadium today as the final of the revived Jos South Local Government Chairman’s Cup takes center stage.
The final which promises to be explosive, interesting and action packed, will see the presence of big dignitaries like the donor, sponsor and the man that revived the once dead Chairman’s Cup, Hon. Silas Dung, the PFA Chairman, Hon(Dr) Prince Suleiman Yahaya Kwande, Traditional rulers, Jos South Director of Finance and supply, among other who is who in Jos South LGA and Plateau State as a whole in attendance, will come up today between Du A Football Team against Gyel A Football Team at 3pm.
Preceding the final slated for 3pm, will be the 3rd place match between Kuru A Football Team and Gyel B football team at 3pm.
It would be recalled that Du A Football Team defeated Kuru A Football Team 2-0 in the first semi final, while Gyel A Football Team beat Gyel B football team 2-1 in a local derby at the other semi final match to set up a mouthwatering final in a revived Jos South LGA Chairman’s Cup.
