Sweet Revenge For Plateau Peaks As Mark Town Flyers, Athletes For Peace And Kano Pillars Do A Double Over Edo Beads, Ķwara Falcons And Bauchi Nets Respectively As Today Sees Day 7 Across The Nation
After falling surprisingly to 313 Warriors and to the disappointment of their fans, Plateau Peaks Basketball team paid 313 Warriors in their own coin as they out dunked them 78-73 points.
Kano Pillars Basketball team at the same Jos Center, did a double over Bauchi Nets, winning the second leg, 84-58 points, to go top of the Center with 9pts, 313 Warriors, the only privately owned Basketball team at the Jos Center, are placed second on the table with 8pts, placed 3rd is host, Plateau Peaks with the same number of 8pts but they are having +17, while 313 Warriors are having +70.
Gombe Bulls are placed 4th with 6pts, while Bauchi Nets leads the pack from the bottom with 4pts.
Nothing stopping Mark Town Flyers from soaring and beating any that comes their way at the Benin Center, as they remain unbeaten, inflicting another defeat on Edo Beads, beating them 95-53 points.
At the Ibadan Center, it was a nail bitting finish as last season national finalists, Rivers Hoopers Basketball team, had to sweet through the skin of their teeth to defeat Lagos Raptors with a very slim margin of 77-76 points.
