President Federation Cup: Plateau United U-19 Shows Class Into Semi Final As Mighty Jets fc tackle Ben Akwuegbu fc At 11am
Last year’s semi finalists that caused some stirs after beating Mighty Jets International FC before they met their waterloo in Mighty Jets Feeders, Plateau United Under-19 Team showed some class as they outclassed Austin Amutu Football Academy, beating them 3-1 to qualify to the semi final.
Isaac Ahile got a brace in the 27th and 41st minutes before Umar Ibrahim put the icing on the cake in the 51st minute, Azi Hope got the consolatory goal for Austin Amutu FA in the 75th minute to end the encounter 3-1.
Meanwhile, the 3rd quarter final match, between Mighty Jets International FC and Ben Akwuegbu Fc, that promises to be so explosive, earlier slated for 2pm, will now take center stage at 11am.
The match will be played at the New Jos Stadium, Zaria Road, Jos.
