The Chairman of Jos South Local Government Area Football Association, Engineer P.D Gyang, showed all and sundry that his leadership of football in that local government is working in tandem with the mandate of the Hon. Dr. Suleiman Yahaya Kwande leadership of repositioning football on the Plateau as teams in Jos South were assembled for sensitization and developments as it concerns the game yesterday.The meeting, channelled at synchronizing and bringing the teams up to speed on the latest development in football as it’s directed by the Plateau Football Association, the PFA, also gave out Affiliation Regulations.Present at the meeting, the Plateau State Football Association Chairman, Hon. Dr. Suleiman Yahaya Kwande, so impressed with the step taken by the Jos South Local Government Football Association headed by Engineer PD Gyang paid their Affiliation Fees of the clubs by waving it off and also gave out free balls and training cones to all the clubs present.Hon. Dr. Suleiman Yahaya Kwande reiterated that the dividends of football can only be enjoyed by all and sundry when everyone works from the same page, all hands on deck and the rules and regulations as it concerns the game are followed to the letter.It would be recalled that Engineer PD Gyang had in a week’s back was guest on the Sunday to Sunday magazine football show, Total Football Extra, anchored by PFA Media Committee Chairman, Sammy Adesoji on Peace 90.5 fm stereo, had highlighted the steps him and his Board Members must take to meet the mandate given them by the parent body, Plateau State Football Association; which includes officially having the clubs under one officially recognized umbrella, which will fasten and make it easier to organize different competitions they are having up their sleeves.
