“Every player deserves to be seen and given an opportunity on a platform to excel.”
This was the assertion given by the CEO of Blac Agency, Enoch Mutfwang.
Enoch, the unassuming and results oriented FIFA licensed agent, said he likes to use every opportunity he has to give players platform to the bigger stage to excel in their chosen career, hence, bringing some big scouts and agents from Europe and other parts of the world to fish out the best.
‘I try to use my opportunity to create a platform for players in and around Jos to showcase their talents. Many of them have the talents but do not have the right platform to exhibit it for scouts to see.That is the reason we organised this programme with Foreign scouts to come and see with their eyes’.
However, the CEO, stated that the players must meet certain criterion before they can move to these Foreign clubs, “Even now nothing is guaranteed as the scouts will go and talk to clubs and the players need to meet some criteria of those clubs before they can be signed’.
He said: “Blac Agency will always organise the scouting programme every year and be involved in the development of players sent to Europe.”
He also stated that coaches also will always be trained on the modern trends of football so they too can impact their players, the reason a one-day coaching seminar is slated for Monday 31st March, 2025 in jos by the Blac Agency.
