It will be an intensed but interesting encounter that promises to be filled with action, skills and dramatic goals as Eagle Arrow FC are going all out to oust a solid and formidable Baptist Foot Club that are yet to drop point or even concede a goal in 5 matches as the quarter finals of the Oduduwa Football Competition takes center stage today.
Baptist FC, Coached by Coach Israel Oladayo, scored 11 goals, conceded none and neither did they concede to top Group B with 15 maximum points, while their opponents in today’s quarter final, Eagle Arrow FC, who have promised to send Baptist FC packing, finished 3rd in Group A with 7pts after winning two matches and drawing two. They scored 6 goals and conceded 6 as well.
The match between Baptist FC and Eagle Arrow, slated for 3pm, will come after the quarter final match between FC Young Stars and Jibitas FC by 1pm.
It would be recalled that Jibitas FC finished 3rd in Group B with 6pts after winning only 2 matches from 5 played; while FC Young Stars on their own part finished 1st in Group A with 11pts after winning 2 matches and drew 3 without tasting defeat.
According to the Secretary of this competition: Abdulrasheed Abdulganiyu Adeyemo, both quarter final matches will be played at the Nasarawa Baptist Playground on Sunday, which is today.
