2026 World Cup: Ghanaian Pastor Renews Prophecy About Ghana Black Stars Following Coach Otto Addo’s Removal
Founder of Prophetic Life Embassy, Telvin Sowah Adjei, has once again made headlines after renewing an earlier prophecy about Otto Addo and Black Stars.
According to him, a change would undermine what has been prepared spiritually, which might cause the defeat of the Black Stars in the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
He further cautioned Otto Addo to maintain the current squad, claiming any attempt to call back Ghanaian players from other countries would see the team back home within a month. Prophet Telvin added that the ‘spiritual timeline’ indicated that the nation’s team would do well only if Otto Addo was maintained and no new Ghanaian footballers were introduced. Unfortunately, just weeks before the start of the 2026 FIFA World Cup, Otto Addo was dismissed as coach after the team slipped into crisis. The Black Stars were beaten 2–1 by Germany in Stuttgart on March 30, having suffered a heavy 5–1 loss to Austria three days earlier (March 27). Following the match, an emergency meeting was reportedly held involving the GFA, the Sports Ministry, and the coach on his future with the national team.
The TikTok video of Prophet Telvin Sowah’s first prophecy is below: Prophet Telvin Sowah’s renewed prophecy Speaking in a recent interview on Accra FM, Prophet Telvin claimed the recent removal of Otto Addo has created a branch of time where Ghana will play only three matches in the World Cup. He added that the team will not score any goals in the World Cup.
According to him, Ghana’s star player, Mohammed Kudus, might struggle to play. “By removing one part of my prophecy, they have breached the catalyst of time, displacing the order that needed to be kept. My prophecy was that, bring me Dede Ayew, do not replace anybody and leave the people to maintain the timeline correctly,” he said. “It’s more like you are travelling to Kumasi and have been given a path to use for a smooth journey, but along the line you change the route. Indirectly, you have disrupted the timeline and might cause a delay. You might end up using certain tactics which wouldn’t have been necessary if you had aligned,” he added. “The removal of one part of my catalyst has interfered with a lot of things, but that doesn’t change anything. We can still move forward,” he assured. “The first timeline they were creating was simple, but because of the recent decision, I am now their catalyst.” Prophet Telvin Sowah Adjei’s new prediction has sparked a massive reaction on social media, with football lovers sharing their thoughts.
Paulo Bento is reportedly a top candidate for the Ghanaian football team coaching job after the dismissal of Otto Addo Addo was sacked by the Ghana Football Association after back-to-back defeats, leaving the team searching for a new handler Other candidates have been considered, but Walid Regragui is reportedly not interested, which could see Bento stepping in.
Former Portugal head coach Paulo Bento has reportedly shown interest in taking over the Ghana job, which became vacant earlier this month following the dismissal of Otto Addo. The Black Stars have been without a manager since the GFA relieved Addo of his duties on Tuesday, March 31. Paulo Bento is said to be a leading candidate for the Black Stars job following the dismissal of Otto Addo.
His exit came after a string of disappointing results, including a heavy 5-1 defeat to Austria and a 2-1 loss to Germany within the space of just three days. After the match in Stuttgart, the GFA confirmed it had parted ways with Addo, stating that his departure was effective immediately.
