After missing last season’s slot by the whiskers to Vet Rovers FC, we came back stronger this season. I must say thank you to God Almighty and to some great individuals like Mighty Jets Feeders Team Manager, Sammy Adesoji, the Secretary, Ishaq Abdullahi, Mr. Kyiari, Mr. Meku and also the General Manager of the team, Mr. Mbum Ferdinand. And not forgetting my fellow Coaches, the actors themselves, the players and the supporters club.”
He continues: “I want to assure you that by the grace of God, having qualified from the Center to represent the State, we will surely do the needful expected from us. The players are in high spirit and also the technical crew. We all must go all out to get this promotion ticket so that we can return and from there go to where we belong, which is the Premier League. ”
He concludes: “Qualifying from this Jos Center is not an easy task, all the clubs that played are good. I have very young and talented players that are ready to give their all, with more motivation from the management, the sky will be the beginning for these players. What I see in the eyes of these boys whenever I gather them is that willingness to play and make names for themselves; but motivation will bring out more in them. As an experience Coach with more than 20 years working with young players, i can tell you that with support and encouragement from the Management to these players, these players will go places and make this club proud. Give these Mighty Jets Feeders and Plateau United Feeders players two to three years, you will testify to what am telling you today.”
It would be recalled that Mighty Jets Feeders qualify to the NLO Division One League playoff after beating Plateau United Under-19 Team at the final in a Jos Center that had eleven clubs who fought for the sole ticket.
Mighty Jets Feeders will battle with the champions from Minna, Makurdi and Ilorin Center for the sole ticket to the NNL.
