As Match Day 8 takes center stage across the Nation this weekend, the race to finish in the top 2 in each center for qualification to the National playoff will be top on the agenda of teams, especially amongst the top 4 teams thus far.
It’s a very tight one in Abuja as the top 3 all have the same points. The trio of Maracana FA, N-Youth Sports Academy and Jibril fc all have 16pts each, while the 4th placed team, Camp United fc has 13 points. Any little slip in Abuja is dangerous; hence, it will be fight to finish.
In Akwa Ibom State, the top 4 teams must all win as dropping of point or points might see changes in the placement of teams. Blessed Stars FA still leads the pack with 18pts, Blackpool FA is 2nd with 17pts, Krane fc is 3rd with 15pts, while Nichin FA is 4th with 11pts.
Imo State center is where to be this weekend as all the top 4 teams will confront themselves. On Saturday, 3rd placed Chika fc will be up against 4th placed Malick-Pro fc. While Sunday will see the biggest one take center stage as 2nd placed Ekomzy Classics welcome 1st placed Oisa fc. it’s been neck to neck since the league started between Oisa fc and Ekomzy Classics SC with both sides having 19pts each. 3rd placed team is Chika fc with 16pts and the 4th placed team is Malick-Pro fc with 13pts.
At the Kaduna center, Little Stars FA are not answering to their name at all as they are the biggest stars, still sitting comfortably on top with 18pts. 2nd is HB FA with 15pts, 3rd is Emirates FA with 14pts and 4th is Imandina FA with 9pts.
The leadership of unbeaten Cornerflag FA will be put to a litmus test in Match Day 8 as they lockhorns with an unbeaten 3rd placed Joecas Sports Club on Tuesday. Cornerflag FA still hold strong to the summit with 19pts, Plateau UnΜited Youth Team are 2nd with 17pts, Joecas SC is 3rd with 15pts, while Mighty Jets Under-19 Team is 4th with 13pts.
In Osun State, Ridyem fc still stays top with 17pts, Hommydays fc is 2nd with 16pts, Ejigbo FA is 3rd with 14pts and Adegbite FC is 4th with 13pts.
