Nigeria third tier clubsides( Nigeria Nationwide League One) on the Plateau are leaving nothing to chance as they prepare for the kickoff of the NLO Division One League at the Baichi center.
After engaging themselves in a maiden edition of a Pre-season Tournament which has gotten to the final now, players and coaches are brought up to speed on the laws, rules and regulations that govern the game of football.
The event made possible by Sammy Sports International Ltd Owners of SSI Leagues and Media had the event split into two days with Day 1 having the likes of Mighty Jets International Feeders, Jos Dream Big FC, Maichibi FC of Pankshin, Vet Rovers fc and Global Peace FC in attendance; while Day 2, which is today, will see clubs like AC Midlands, Deluxe FC, Attara FC, Mafeng FC and Plateau Jets SC undergo some tutorials as it concerns the rules of the game.
Seasoned referees, FIFA badged Musa Dung Davou and NPFL referee, Jimmy Pam Jerry took the players and officials on the dos and don’ts of the game.
The Chairman of NLO clubsides on the Plateau, Sammy Adesoji, commended the PFA and especially the Plateau State Referee Council for availing themselves in bringing the players, coaches and other team officials up to speed on what the game entails as they kickstart the 2025 NLO Division One League next Wednesday at the Bauchi center.
FIFA graded referee, Musa Dung Davou and Jimmy Pam Jerry will continue with referee seminar today.
