In his continuous and frantic efforts in developing football from the grassroots, hence, taking the beautiful game to where it ought to be in committee of not only the nation but the football community at large, the Plateau State Football Association, headed by Hon. Dr. Suleiman Yahaya Kwande, visited two more local government areas on their training grounds over the weekend.
Hon Kwande in his first call after that of Jos South, was on ground in both Barkin Ladi and Bokkos local government areas with match and training materials like balls, training cones and training bibs.
While distributing the football items to the grassroots clubs visited in these two local government areas, Hon. Dr. Suleiman Yahaya Kwande enjoined the players to be disciplined, focused and hardworking.
He advised them not to toy with their education as they long to play football professionally.
Hon. Dr. Suleiman Kwande will still visit the remaining 14 local government areas grassroots clubsides/academies in yet to be fixed dates.
With him in the visit on these grassroots teams in both local government areas are:

PFA Second Vice Chairman, Pakwai Patrick Habu
PFA Secretary, Pst Isa Tongtep Mohammad
Plateau FA Northern Zone Representative, Jonah Maren Mafwalal
Chairman, Media, Plateau State Football Association, Sammy Adesoji .
Barkin Ladi LGA FA Chairman, Engineer Pam Choji Pam(Host) and
Bokkos LGA FA Chairman, Sir Don Maren (Host). He also doubles as the LGA FA Chairman of Chairmen.
